Dee's 6 Roast Garlic & Mushroom Vegan Sausages

A glorious mix of porcini mushrooms, Irish Dusle Seaweed, mixed beans and roasted garlic, these gourmet style sausages are delicious on their own, but make a wonderful ingredient in an array of dishes. Why not try them with a tomato and bean cassoulet for a hearty meal?

Cooking Instructions

Grill Pre-heat grill to medium, brush sausages lightly with oil (optional) and cook for 8 mins until golden brown on all sides.
Pan Preheat pan to a low-medium heat. For non-stick pans oil is optional. Heat 2 tsp of oil in the pan and rotate sausages every minute for 6 minutes until each side is golden brown.
Oven Preheat oven to 180°C, lightly brush with oil (optional) and cook for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
